medium onion, chopped

cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon
fresh
ginger

2 tablespoons
curry powder
1 teaspoon
cumin
1/3 cup
tomato paste
3/4 cup
water
salt & pepper, to taste
1/2 cup
Stonyfield whole-milk plain yogurt

green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions
Place chicken in the slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Top with onions and garlic.
Stir together
ginger
, curry powder, tomato paste and water until combined. Pour over chicken.
Cook on low for 7-8 hours.
Just before serving, stir yogurt into chicken and stir until well combined. Garnish with green onions.
Serve with
rice
and/or nan bread.
