Mealtime Prayers was born out of a simple wish to share my passion for prayer around the family dinner table.
Mealtime Prayers are my little gift that you can pin, print, and pray.
You can share Mealtime Prayers with friends, memorize them, or just add a little variety to your family dinner prayers. Speaking of dinner, if you need a little inspiration, see what my friend Susie & I are cooking up at 52 Sunday Suppers!
Join me every Friday for Mealtime Prayers.

Hi Kristin,
I was at the Austin Bakes for West today when you dropped off your cakes. They looked beautiful and I am sure they tasted great too. We “sold” them all pretty quickly too. One of your friends dropped by with her son. She asked about your cakes and said that everything you do is very good. I thought you might enjoy hearing this compliment.
I have been looking at your website and cannot wait to delve a little deeper soon. I ran across this prayer which brings a smile to my eyes as it is part of what my sweet, almost 87 year old mother says in her mealtime prayers frequently.
Thanks for your example,
Beverly
My blog is http://whytotry.com
I have not been at it too long but hope you would drop by some time.

Beverly,
Thank you for stopping by! I’m so grateful for our food blogging community here in Austin. What a joy to see so many sharing their gifts baking for our neighbors in West, Texas. I’m so glad you left me your blog address… going there now and look forward to getting to know you better.
