1/2 avocado
1/2 – 3/4 cup organic coconut milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
4–5 cubes of ice
Instructions
Blend ingredients until thick and creamy. You may need to adjust the amount of milk depending on the size of your avocado. If I need more liquid, I usually add a splash of water.
