Ingredients
Scale
1 cup plain yogurt
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and diced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 green onion, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dried
salt & pepper
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together until well combined. Serve with crunchy veggies — carrots, bell pepper slices, broccoli, and pita chips.
