An addictive sweet-and-salty snack perfect for fall gatherings. Inspired by One Little Project.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup (1 ½ sticks) Butter, melted
  • ¾ cup Light Brown Sugar, packed
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 box Rice Chex Cereal
  • 2 (7oz.) bags Bugles
  • 4 cups Pretzels
  • 1 cup Candy Corn
  • 1 cup Candy Corn Pumpkins
  • 1.5 (8oz.) bags Reese’s Pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 275°F. Line two large baking sheets with foil or parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract well until combined.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, add the Rice Chex, Bugles, and pretzels. Pour the butter mixture over the cereal, and toss gently until evenly coated.
  4. Divide cereal mixture on the two baking sheets and spread in even layers.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and cool.
  7. Transfer the cereal mixture to a large bowl. Add the candy corn, pumpkins and Reese’s Pieces. Toss to combine.
