Milky Way Candy Cake

Out of this world Milky Way Cake made with leftover Halloween candy will leave stars in your eyes.

Ingredients

  • 10 Milky Way bars, fun-size
  • 1 cup butter, divided and softened (2 sticks)
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a microwaveable bowl, melt 1 stick of the butter and Milky Way bars. Stir until well combined.
  3. In a standing mixer or with a hand-held mixer, cream the sugar and 1 stick butter. Add eggs and continue beating slowly. Add flour, baking soda, salt, and buttermilk. Slowly add the melted Milky Way mixture.
  4. Pour mixture into greased bundt pan and bake for 1 1/2 – 2 hours, or until done.
