Parmesan Roasted Green Beans

Quick and oh so yummy in the tummy! Three ingredients and voila – veggies for supper.


  • 1 (14 oz) bag frozen French-cut green beans
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted (olive oil is good too)
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Spread frozen green beans on baking pan. Drizzle melted coconut oil. Toss to coat. Sprinkle parmesan cheese evenly over green beans.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese begins to turn golden brown.
