Apricot & Smoked Mozzarella Tarts

Tiny little ‘tizers full of great big flavor. Easy to make & serve.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (15 count) frozen mini tart shells
  • 3/4 cup apricot preserves
  • 1/2 teaspoon all-spice
  • 3/4 cup smoked mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Stir the all-spice and apricot preserves together. Spoon mixture into mini tart shells. Top each tart with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
