Ingredients

1 package (15 count) frozen mini tart shells
3/4 cup apricot preserves
1/2 teaspoon all-spice
3/4 cup smoked mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
Stir the all-spice and apricot preserves together. Spoon mixture into mini tart shells. Top each tart with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
