Double chocolate-y goodness spells l.o.v.e. in a mug.

Instructions

  1. Carefully chop the white chocolate bars.
  2. In a large bowl whisk together the dry milk powder, sugar, cocoa powder, chopped chocolate, and salt.
  3. Working in batches add the mix to a food processor and pulse until the chocolate is finely ground.
  4. To serve: add 1/4 cup mix to a mug and stir in hot milk or water. Top with whipped cream, peppermints, or marshmallows.
  5. Hot chocolate mix will keep in an airtight container for 2 months.
