We started our Saturday morning off with a very prosperous visit to the Farmer’s Market. Look at the size of this Texas Gulf Red Snapper! Less than 36 hours out of water, this large snapper is headed to one of our town’s tonier restaurants for some lucky diners to enjoy tonight. The more modest Schell Cafe will serve up a smaller (1lb) portion this evening.
I’m still thinking about what I’ll do with our catch. Stay tuned…
