What do I do with all the leftover turkey after Thanksgiving?
If you need a leftover turkey recipe, I’ve got you covered. Turkey Pate is the most anticipated dish during the Thanksgiving holiday. Leftovers, go figure.
By the Friday after Thanksgiving, you’ll be as stuffed as the bird you ate Thursday. But, at our house we kick our leftover game into overdrive with this simple and crowd pleasing dip.
Our day after tradition always, always includes Turkey Pate. We make as much of this delicious dip as we can with the left over turkey — dark meat works best. And if you happen to have ham mix the two … it’s really better! I leave the turkey spread out during our football watching marathon and as a quick bite while we begin to deck the halls. It’s fabulous on bread or with Ritz crackers. Oh, and don’t forget the Cranberry Jalapeño Salsa. I seriously eat less on Thanksgiving so I can feast on this leftover winning combo!
