Y’all my blog is on the fritz. For the last month all kinds of wonky, weirdness has been going on. Like when the site actually crashed & disappeared for a while today. That was special.

And, paired with Susie’s delicious spinach enchiladas? Oh my. . . a perfect supper. In fact, I also have no real photos of the supper since a certain son-who-shall-not-be-named ate 2 whole enchiladas before his mama could reach for her camera.
